Reviewing and approving an update
Ask for an update in your own words. We prepare a private preview and a summary of the changes for you to review. Your live website changes only after you select Approve & publish my website on the review page.
Included changes and support
Your plan includes 4 change requests in any 30-day period. One request can include any number of related routine changes. Fixing something we got wrong and restoring an earlier version never count. Ask and most things are answered on the spot. Anything that needs a person comes back within one business day. You can ask for a person whenever you want one.

Appointments
If you sell time, your website can take real bookings — a customer chooses an available appointment. We set it up with you and connect the calendar you already keep. Until setup is complete, or when availability cannot be confirmed, the site takes a request for you to confirm instead. You can also choose requests from the start. If you already use a booking service, we link to that.
Menus, ordering and shopping
We put your menu and prices where customers can read them, and connect clear links to the ordering, table reservation or shop provider you already use. You review updates before they go live.
Email and ongoing care
10 business email inboxes are included, with unlimited extra addresses that forward to an inbox. Additional inboxes are $3/month each. We also handle hosting, certificates, backups, monitoring and renewal of the website address we register for you.
See what is happening
Your account keeps website inquiries and booking notices together. Ask Ada about recorded visits, contact activity and messages. You can choose which business email alerts you receive.
Built from what is real
Your business, accurately represented.
We never invent reviews, credentials, years in business or services. We ask about information we cannot verify and leave it off the website until it is confirmed.
