Why did you send me a website?
Sometimes we build a first version before getting in touch. You can judge the work for yourself, with no obligation.
Is my preview public?
It is unlisted and kept out of search engines. Anyone with the private link can open it, so share it only with people you want to review it.
Who owns the website?
Your content and domain are yours. Website files are downloadable. Hosted booking, email, Ada and publishing need replacing if you move. Read the ownership details.
How do changes work?
Ask for an update in your own words. We prepare a private preview and a summary of the changes for you to review. Your live website changes only after you select Approve & publish my website on the review page. Your plan includes 4 change requests in any 30-day period. One request can include any number of related routine changes. Fixing something we got wrong and restoring an earlier version never count.
