What Ada can help with
Ada is our assistant — she uses AI. She is your business assistant, included alongside your managed website and business email.
- Know what needs you. Ask about recorded inquiries, pending decisions, reminders and upcoming appointments.
- Help with customer replies. Choose an inquiry and ask for a reply draft. Review it, edit it and send it yourself. Ada does not send customer replies for you.
- Follow through. Record an inquiry's outcome, choose a follow-up time and request an email or text reminder. You can also opt into a daily email briefing.
- Remember your business. Confirm details such as your service area or preferred wording. You can review, replace or remove them. Saving a detail does not publish it on your website.
- Understand website activity. Ask about recorded visits, contact activity and campaign results. These describe measured activity, not guaranteed sales.
- Keep your website current. Send instructions or photos, review the prepared changes and approve publication. Work that needs a person goes to support.
Chat in your account, or link your own phone on Text Ada to continue by text. Phone verification and service availability apply. Automatic website-activity texts have a separate setting; linking your phone does not turn them on.
Ada uses the business records your account role permits. She does not read your whole business email inbox or make, move or cancel appointments for you. Your morning briefing is an optional email; you can also ask for a briefing by text.
Ask for an update in your own words. We prepare a private preview and a summary of the changes for you to review. Your live website changes only after you select Approve & publish my website on the review page. Before purchase, approval changes only your private preview. You can use the account's own controls without chatting.
Ada uses Anthropic to answer questions and help prepare website updates. This can include your messages, relevant conversation history, business details and material you send for your website. In your signed-in account, it can also include appointment names, services and times, and website inquiries discussed in the conversation. We do not retrieve card details or account passwords for Ada. Do not put passwords or payment details in your messages.
