Your membership includes 4 included change requests every 30 days. Ask for an update in your own words, then review it before it is published.

For example, “We are closed Mondays” or “Use these new photos.” You can ask Ada from your account or submit a change request directly.

Ask for an update in your own words. We prepare a private preview and a summary of the changes for you to review. Your live website changes only after you select Approve & publish my website on the review page.

Before purchase, approving a version updates your private preview only. A conversation reply does not authorize a public website change. If something needs clarification or a person, we tell you what is waiting.

Your plan includes 4 change requests in any 30-day period. One request can include any number of related routine changes. Fixing something we got wrong and restoring an earlier version never count. Used the allowance? You can still ask; a person reviews what is needed before any further work or charge is agreed.
