Who we are.
STANDARD builds and looks after websites for local businesses. That's the whole company.
It exists because of a mismatch we kept noticing. A plumber with four hundred five-star reviews and no website. A restaurant everyone in town recommends whose menu is a photo from 2014. These are excellent businesses — they're just busy running themselves, and building a website has never made it to the top of the list.
The usual answer is an agency that starts with a meeting and a proposal, or a builder that hands you a login and wishes you luck. Both put the work back on the person who has the least time for it.
So we do it the other way round. We build the site first, show it to you finished, and if you want it we take care of everything from there. You never have to become a web expert. You've already built the hard thing.

We never invent anything about your business
No fabricated reviews, no invented credentials, no services you don't offer. Anything we can't verify is shown to you as a question rather than published as a fact.
You own what you pay for
Your domain is registered in your name from the first day. If you leave, it goes with you, and so does your site. Nothing is held to make leaving difficult.
We'd rather show than promise
It's why you get a finished website instead of a proposal, and why our pricing is a number on a page rather than "packages available".
Technology
Yes, software does a lot of this.
STANDARD uses automation and AI to find businesses, draft sites and keep them running. That's how we can build something before you've asked for it and still charge $699.
A person reviews every site before it's sent to anyone, and a person answers when you get in touch. We won't tell you a human did something a machine did — but the machinery is our problem, not yours.
