$699 when you buy. Your first monthly payment is one calendar month after you buy. It is $100 each month after that, renewed automatically until you cancel.

Yes. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Your website stays up until the end of the period you have paid for. After that it becomes a simple holding page with your contact details rather than disappearing, email we provide keeps working for 30 more days. If we registered your web address, renewal continues as a separate $25/year subscription when the monthly service ends, unless you arrange a transfer or stop renewal with us. The address stays yours and transfers are free. Nothing you have written is deleted.

Your website files and photos are downloadable from your account, before or after you leave. Your website address stays yours. The software that manages the site and its bookings stays with us.

The launch fee is not refundable — your site is built and shown to you before you are charged anything. You can cancel the monthly service at any time up to the day before your next payment, and your site stays online until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund part-months.

We contact you and try again. Your site stays online while we work with you to resolve it. If it remains unpaid, it may become a holding page. Your content is kept.

Existing customers keep the price they signed up at if we change prices for new customers.
